Ingredients
Unsalted Butter, 1/2 Block
U-15 Shrimp, 1 1/2 Pounds
Garlic Cloves, 1/4 Cup
Fresh Parsley, 1/4 Cup
Lemon, 1 Lemon
Directions

Ingredients:

·         1/2 block Unsalted Butter

·         1 1/2 pounds U-15 Shrimp, peeled and deveined

·         1/4 cup Chopped fresh garlic cloves

·         1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

·         1 each Lemon, 1/2 juiced, 1/2 cut into wedges

 

Directions:

1.       Heat a skillet to medium high.

2.       Add in the butter in slices.

3.       When the butter melts and starts to sizzle, add in the shrimp in a single layer.

4.       Allow to cook for 2 minutes then turn the shrimp.

5.       Sprinkle in the garlic.  Allow to sizzle for 2 minutes then add in the parsley and toss the shrimp in the pan.

6.       Add in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with the wedges on the side.
